#511  Also called black pearls, this tea is carefully processed by hand according to tradition in eastern China's Fujian Province. Its infusion is medium dark, bold, with a hint of smokiness. 

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 2–3 min.
