#512 The Palace Green Needle is produced with utmost care, harvested in the province of Hubei in mid-April. Only the finest leaves and buds are plucked. The mildly sweet flavor is due to a rather moderate drying temperature (as opposed to hot steam).
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80°C/176°F. Allow to brew 2 min.
