#572 This highly revered tea type from Yunnan Province is microbially fermented to develop its unique qualities. Our shou (“cooked”) pu-erh (or pu'er) is pressed into a nest shape or tuo—and will improve with age. A richly earthy and velvety smooth cup.
Preparation: 1 piece (about 5 g) per 16 oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 3–5 min.
