#1629 Traditionally, salted butter is used instead of cream to make salty butterscotch in Brittany. Surprisingly creamy with an exceptionally full-bodied flavor. Black tea, rooibos, salted butter caramel chunks (sugar, glucose syrup, Normandy fresh cream, half salt butter, skimmmed milk powder, Guérande salt flower), and natural flavor.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 2 min.
