#619 The success story started in the year 2000 when three tea lovers founded a fine, exclusive, 75-hectare tea garden in eastern Nepal. This tea is serious competition for the oolongs from Formosa. Both the tea leaves and the infusion have an intense scent of hay flowers, a complex, freshly aromatic and slightly earthy character with a delicately sweet spiciness.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (2 level teaspoons) per 8 oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 3–5 min.
