#1199 When roasted, the South American ethnic drink takes on a milder taste than the Green Maté. This toasty brew pairs perfectly with the sweet banana and rustic chocolate. Roasted maté, dehydrated banana, rooibos, vanilla rooibos, and Mindo Chocolate cocoa nibs and cocoa shells.
Preparation: 3 g maté tea (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 5–10 min.
