#1384 A variation of the most popular rooibos. The well-known characteristics are all there, but with noticeable differences both in color and taste. The brighter color and greener leaf derive from the incomplete oxidation process. With a light and elegant aroma, this tea is fresh and lively, with a slightly tangy flavor.
Preparation: 3 g rooibos tea (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 5–10 min.
