#315  The tiny garden Temi nestles tightly against the mighty southern stretch of the Himalayas, producing superb teas of a character that recall those of its neighbor, Darjeeling. Bright gold cup, and sweet vegetal and muscatel highlights with a dry finish.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 2 min.
