Vietnam Ban Lien Red

#872 In northern Vietnam’s Lao Cai province, tea masters elicit floral and mellow nuances, along with a hint of sweetness, from autumn leaves.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 95°C/203°F. Allow to brew 2–3 min.
