Salted Caramel

#1629  Traditionally, salted butter is used instead of cream to make salty butterscotch in Brittany. Here, the strong black tea is complemented by sweet caramel, ever so slightly salty.

Ingredients: Black tea, rooibos, salted butter caramel chunks,* and natural flavor. (*see ingredients page for more info)

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 2 min.
