#860  This delicate, high-quality oolong (also known as Iron Goddess of Mercy) from Indonesia is comparable to the best green oolongs from Taiwan. Skilled processing and high-altitude cultivation deliver a fragrantly floral, jade-green color. There is a light grassiness in the first infusion, with a slightly floral note that is stronger in the second infusion, along with vegetal notes.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 2 min.
