#619 The success story started in the year 2000 when three tea lovers founded a fine, exclusive, 75-hectare tea garden in eastern Nepal. This tea is serious competition for the oolongs from Taiwan.
Hand-rolled Jun Chiyabari has the classic earthy and toasty notes of a traditional oolong, with hints of apricot.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (2 level teaspoons) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 3–5 min.
