East Frisian Blend

#180  A hearty tea enjoyed with heavy cream in northern Germany. Bold enough to be a breakfast blend but smooth enough to be enjoyed all day, with or without milk or cream and sugar.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 5 min.
