Slightly heartier and creamier than some whole leaf Assams, this selection picks up deep malty notes, cocoa, and subtle fruit.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 3 min.
