Kenya Tippy Purple

#6978 This strong tea is reminiscent of a slightly salty pu-erh, with pu-erh and umami forward, yet it lingers like a classic black.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (2 level teaspoons) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 2–3 min.
