#532 A perfect mix of silver needles (the downy buds) and large unoxidized leaves. This tea has a subtle root vegetable flavor, with a hint of grassiness. Also called White Peony.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (2 heaping teaspoons) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 70°C/158°F. Allow to brew 2 min.
