Formosa Cinnamon Tung Ting

#862  Tea leaves and cinnamon pieces were layered to allow the leaves to absorb the spicy aroma and flavor. This scented tea has classic oolong earthy woodiness grounded in cinnamon.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (2 level teaspoons) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F. Allow to brew 2–3 min.
