China Milky Jade

#2105  A distinct, lightly oxidized specialty of Fujian Province, milky jade is produced by placing the tea leaves over a gentle steam bath of milk and water. This customer (and staff!) favorite truly needs to be experienced! Its sweet, creamy deliciousness satisfies both palate and mind. Successive infusions impart flavor variances. 

(Contains a trace of lactose from the steaming process.)

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, either boiling or boiled and cooled to 90°C/194°F, depending on preference. Allow to brew 2 min.
