#927 After oxidation, this tea is steamed with the freshly squeezed juice of ripe lychees and then dried. The fine leaf develops a fruity, sweet taste in the cup, with a mild note of smoky Keemun. This pleasant, medium-strong tea is ideal iced in summer.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered, boiling water. Allow to brew 2 min.
