#537 This treasure is grown in the mountains of southeast China. For over 100 years, only the finest young leaves have been selected to be sifted with fresh jasmine blossoms. The leaves are then hand-rolled into exquisite pearls that release a champagne-colored, lightly jasmine-scented cup.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80°C/176°F. Allow to brew 2–3 min.
