#573 This remarkable tea is microbially fermented to develop its unique qualities. While traditionally pressed into cakes, this loose leaf selection results in a dark brown infusion with pu-erh’s (or pu'er) characteristic complex flavor—spicy, earthy, and woody, with tones of mushroom.
Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 4–5 min.
