#248  Named after a beloved daughter, this garden, located in the Himalayas, grows primarily the Chinese variety of Camellia sinensis. This high-quality, second-flush tea yields an amber-colored, aromatic cup. The liquor is spicy, with a hint of sweetness.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 3–5 min.
