China Black Gunpowder

#511  The front floral, citrus notes—reminiscent of a Ceylon—are followed by the smokiness that’s commonly found in Chinese teas. This hand-processed tea is also called black pearls.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (1 heaping teaspoon) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 2–3 min.
