#160  This premium Assam is somewhat vegetal, with a malty aspect that has a nutty ale-like quality. Bold, but not overpoweringly astringent,  iwht a nutty finish.

Preparation: 3 g tea leaves (2 level teaspoons) per 8 oz cup of filtered boiling water. Allow to brew 3 min.
